We are direct (Importer & Distributor) in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Illinois, California, Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland, and work in another 40 States with a network of like-minded, independent, quality distributors.

About the Job:
We are looking for a full-time Credit Manager. As the Credit Manager you will be responsible with managing customer account status.
Required Skills and Attributes:
ALL Proven work experience as a Credit Manager
Advanced knowledge of accounting software (knowledge of SAP Business One a plus)
Strong mathematical skills
Excellent analytical skills
Strong excel skills
Good communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Detail orientated
Ability to deal with stressful situations.
Good knowledge of and passion for the fine wine category
Working knowledge of Salesforce a plus
One year industry experience
One year credit management and/or bookkeeping experience
Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Job responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Monitor payment activity for all customer accounts
Communicate with compliance bureaus on delinquent account balances including running daily reports
COD posting maintenance and tracking- Daily
Communicate with customers and sales staff on customer account status through email and/or telephone
AR Bank reconciliation- Weekly/Monthly
AR lockbox applications- Daily
Order board backup
