Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to support the Workday Deployment Project. The role focuses on managing and administering Oracle Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, ensuring secure access to cloud resources, and integrating IAM systems across major platforms such as Workday and PeopleSoft. This full-time, telecommuting-allowed position is based in New York, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer Oracle IAM solutions.
  • Oversee identity provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
  • Lead IAM integration efforts with PeopleSoft, Workday, OUD, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
  • Implement audit controls, compliance monitoring, and manage security incident responses.
  • Optimize IAM infrastructure performance to support Workday migration.
  • Provide training and documentation on IAM policies and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure comprehensive identity management practices.
  • Conduct assessments to ensure security measures align with organizational needs.
  • Support ongoing system improvements and incident remediation efforts.
  • Maintain strict adherence to regulatory compliance requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Oracle IAM management and administration.
  • Extensive experience with RBAC and IAM integrations with PeopleSoft, Workday, and other platforms.
  • Proven expertise in IAM audit controls, compliance, and security incident management.
  • Ability to develop training material and provide user guidance.
  • Oracle Identity Manager: Administration and Implementation certification required.
  • Strong documentation and collaboration skills.
