Role Description
We’re seeking a Content Designer—a visual storyteller passionate about bringing strategic visions to life for a global sales audience. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales Enablement teams to create compelling, easy-to-understand collateral that supports enablement initiatives across a global sales organization.

About the Team
The Sales Enablement team drives sales capability and field readiness by designing programs that accelerate competence, confidence, and competitiveness. Their focus is on fostering a culture of continuous development, strategic execution, and seller empowerment to deliver lasting customer value and business growth.
The Activation team specifically enhances the sales experience by equipping sellers with core skills, coaching, and go-to-market (GTM) resources.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Independently develop best-in-class sales collateral in partnership with content strategists, program leads, and subject matter experts.
  • Collaborate with training, coaching, and sales teams to gather insights for your work.


Key Performance Expectations

  • Establish a design language, reusable templates, and scalable visual systems for sales enablement collateral.
  • Design on-brand materials (reinforcement assets, presentations) with strong attention to layout, typography, and hierarchy.
  • Redesign existing seller/manager assets for improved usability and consistency.
  • Simplify complex ideas/data into engaging visuals (charts, infographics, mockups).
  • Lead end-to-end design projects, incorporating feedback while adhering to brand standards.
  • Ensure visual consistency and quality across all deliverables.
  • Clearly communicate design decisions to stakeholders.


Requirements

  • 8+ years of industry experience.
  • Portfolio demonstrating clean, strategic presentation design.
  • Expertise in Google Workspace, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Canva a plus).
  • Strong command of layout, typography, and color with a pixel-perfect eye.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Experience working within brand systems and cross-functional teams.
  • Background in internal communications or sales enablement preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience.
