Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate Veterinarian to join the team at our successful clinic. We are a progressive, multigenerational practice focusing on companion animal care for over 94 years. Daily responsibilities will include performing surgeries, treating wounds, prescribing medications, and spaying/neutering. If you are passionate about providing exceptional animal care, we’d like to meet you. Responsibilities&nbsp;

<li>Provide routine examinations</li>
<li>Diagnose illnesses and recommend treatment&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform general surgeries including dental and ophthalmic&nbsp;</li>
<li>Administer vaccinations</li>
<li>Perform spay and neuter surgeries</li>
<li>Prescribe medication</li>
<li>Advise pet owners on preventative healthcare, nutrition, and overall pet well-being</li>
<li>Update client records</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree</li>
<li>Previous work experience as a veterinarian</li>
<li>Knowledge of medical equipment and anesthesia procedures</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical concepts in simple terms</li>
<li>Problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Availability to take evening, weekend, or on-call shifts when necessary</li>
<li>Patience and a love for animals</li>
