The role involves supporting the finance team with essential accounting tasks and collaborating with team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency.


Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage reconciliations, journal entries, and invoicing processes.

• Review and edit invoices related to specific construction projects.

• Assist with month-end close activities and ensure financial data integrity.

• Partner with colleagues to enhance the accuracy of financial reporting and transactions.

• Perform general accounting duties and support the finance team in resolving discrepancies.

• Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and compliance purposes.

• Provide assistance with accounts payable and receivable tasks.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.

• Prior experience in an internship or office setting is advantageous.

• Interest in construction accounting or related industries is a plus.

• Ability to code invoices and manage bank reconciliations effectively.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
