Full time and part time positions available at The Galley bar and grill in Malta. Looking for a few BOH members to join our team. Experience not required, we are willing to train the right people. Our kitchen is not huge but it is organized and we pump a lot of food out of it. Experience is a plus and depending on experience we can start pay appropriately. We start at a decent wage depending on experience and give raises quickly when they are earned. We are easy to work with as long as you're willing to work and show up. We strive to be drama free, and the two owners work along side of all staff. We allow our cooks to eat whatever they want for the most part while at work, and discount when staff comes in on days they aren't working. We have expectations of our staff but it's all reasonable and we rarely have job openings because majority of our staff like working for us. We try to treat our staff as our equals and ultimately if they don't or can't do their jobs we do not keep them around.
