Position Overview:
A dynamic boutique firm located in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support both the CEO and Executive Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment with exposure to high-level operations and candidate interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact for prospective job seekers; handle intake calls and gather key information
  • Manage a high volume of phone and email communications in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with resume formatting and conversion, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Maintain and organize candidate records and confidential information
  • Support the Executive Assistant with scheduling, follow-ups, and additional tasks as needed
  • Run occasional personal and professional errands for the CEO
  • Utilize Microsoft Word to draft and format correspondence, resumes, and other documents

Requirements:

  • 2 +years of administrative or office support experience (staffing or recruiting environment a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and general computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to contribute to a growing team
  • Must be comfortable handling occasional errands in and around Midtown Manhattan

Schedule:
Full-time position: In-office Monday-Thursday / Work from home on Friday
