We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in providing organizational support and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.

• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation.

• Support team members with various administrative duties as needed.

• Manage the reception area, greet visitors, and ensure a welcoming environment.

• Coordinate appointments and schedules to facilitate seamless operations.

• Handle correspondence and communication, including emails and memos.

• Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.

• Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders to ensure adequate inventory.

• Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive office atmosphere.

• Proven experience in administrative support roles.
• Proficiency in answering calls and managing customer inquiries.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle receptionist duties with a strong focus on detail.
• Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
