Key Responsibilities· Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients, including wholesalers, retailers, manufacturers, and jewelry brands. Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure consistent client satisfaction and retention.· Business Development & Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and lead generation. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the company’s market share and brand visibility across the U.S. jewelry industry.· Sales Execution & Negotiation: Conduct detailed product presentations, negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules in alignment with company policies to achieve profitable outcomes.· Client Support & Service Management: Provide comprehensive after-sales support, addressing inquiries related to product specifications, orders, memos, and service requests. Ensure a seamless customer experience through timely communication and professional resolution of client concerns.Trade Shows & Business Travel: Travel to client meetings, trade shows, and industry exhibitions to promote company products.

- Excited to work in an in-person environment 5 days a week.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven sales experience in diamonds, fine jewelry, or luxury goods (ideally in a B2B environment).
- Strong knowledge of diamonds and jewelry (GIA certification is a plus).
