Position Overview

The Executive Assistant will serve as the right hand to our executive team, managing schedules, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, calls, and messages

  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence for executive review

  • Coordinate and follow up on key projects, deadlines, and deliverables

  • Act as a liaison between executives, staff, clients, and vendors

  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion

  • Assist in organizing company events, board meetings, and team functions

  • Perform general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace

  • Ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs

  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
