Amulet is on a mission to find star players for the next generation of startups. Our client is a Series A backed insurtech startup, operating in stealth, that’s disrupting the 1T+ insurance brokerage industry. Founders are experienced founders who've been able to scale to $6M. Now looking for a founding talent & people lead to further grow this amazing team!

You are comfortable taking ownership and are proactive!
- 3+ years recruiting at fast-growing, talent-dense companies
- Startup or fund experience preferred
- bachelor’s degree from a four-year university.
- Proactive self-starter who thrives in dynamic settings.
- Relentless about continuous career growth.
- Highly feedback-oriented. We believe in radical candor and using feedback to get to the next level.
- Proven ability to build pipelines from scratch through outbound sourcing
- Full-cycle recruiting experience—from sourcing to closing
- Track record of hiring exceptional talent, not just good talent
Responsibilities:
- Own the Full Cycle: Source, screen, interview, and close across multiple roles including non-technical and technical (examples are strategy, sales, engineers, insurance risk advisors)
- Set the Bar: Partner with founders on talent strategy, job descriptions, and hiring goals
- Build Strategic Pipelines: Launch sourcing channels—outbound, inbound, referrals, and more
- Run People Ops: Manage tools, coordination, and continuously improve our hiring process and HR processes
- People Lead: Support HR, people ops, office management, and culture building initiatives. Help codify and establish the culture!
- Startup Swiss Army Knife: Open to wearing multiple hats and helping the team across marketing, operations, strategy or as needed at an early stage startup!
