COMFORT WINDOWS & DOORS, New York’s premier replacement window and home improvement company, is seeking an experienced Sales Lead Generation Specialist to join our Syracuse Call Center.
The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm, with occasional overtime opportunities as needed.
Responsibilities:

Make 50+ outbound calls per day

Generate at least 25 quality set appointments per day

Convert website leads and digital leads into sales appointments

Assist in answering incoming calls from new and existing leads to help develop new business in assigned market segment

Develop sales opportunities through cold calling, text, and email marketing

Assist the Call Center Manager in developing outbound campaign call scripts and email marketing pieces based off current promotions

Keep in contact with our current customer base. Foster positive relationships by following up on installations to help generate new leads for cross selling additional projects, develop positive reviews, set appointments for before and after photos of projects, setting up testimonial opportunities, etc.

Update/fix contact records in Salesforce with useful information attained to insure correct information to be used to build contact databases for potential email marketing and outbound call campaigns

Assist the Marketing Director/Call Center Manager in brainstorming and developing outbound call queues in Salesforce for assigned market
Qualifications:
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Enthusiastic and persistent communication with leads until we have set the appointment, also a must

Home improvement sales experience preferred (windows, doors, roofing, siding, remodeling)

Have the opportunity to make sizeable amount of incentive payout, based on performance

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
