Description:
- They will write memos, develop job aids, training materials and other communications.
- Working with the other team leads in Payroll to document processes as well as communicating to the organization regarding payroll related matters.
- Responsible for orientation activities for new employees.
- Strong in technical ability (AI, Microsoft office suite, training content development tools like Articulate and Adobe Captivate, use of brand guidelines).
- Ensure benefits deductions are accurate. Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and maintain data integrity.
- Experience in payroll processing including Garnishments, Taxes, Year End activities, and analytical skills related to retro calculations, and work with different systems, one of which is Peoplesoft Payroll.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- 1 year experience.
- QuickBooks and Pay Choice or Payroll Associates experience preferred

- Work Hours: Days 08x05, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
