A DAY IN THE LIFE OF CALL CENTER PROFESSIONAL


As a Call Center Professional, you become a pro at generating appointments for our design consultants. Each day, you will make calls to homeowners, cheerfully delivering our scripted pitch, adjusting it as needed to meet the needs of each individual client.


You'll practice active listening and carefully build trust between yourself and the customer while obtaining the client's information, including names, address, phone numbers, and email address. Using this information, you will then set the appointment for our design consultants utilizing our predetermined criteria. Additionally, you will confirm appointments, rehash old appointments, and ensure customer satisfaction. You love working with people and take pride in completing successful calls!



Responsabilities


  • Responsible for overseeing and leading the call center daily
  • Set targets/Goals/KPI's for all call center team members
  • Schedule and organize shift patterns for other team members to ensure goals and KPI's are met
  • Evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly performance
  • Understand the organization's products, services, procedures, and guidelines and communicate clear expectations to all team members
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly goals for the call center
  • Monitor all calls to ensure that procedures and quality standards are achieved
  • Facilitate and organize training sessions for team members
  • Conduct regular performance reviews for call center team members
  • Submit reports to management and seek new ideas and strategies to improve performance at the center
  • Keep up with trends and happenings in the industry, and ensure adherence to industry standards
  • Ensure a safe and harmonious working environment for all other team members and delegate duties to all team members
  • Other tasks needed or assigned by management



Qualifications and Skills


  • Previous experience in the Home Improvement industry is preferred.
  • Previous leadership position in a call center or comparable setting
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Must have the ability to produce and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2-5 years of outbound call center experience is preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong Communication Skills


WORK SCHEDULE

This position is full-time and typically works 9 am to 5 pm Monday-Friday, and Saturday with some weekend shifts.
