The Opportunity

We’re adding a Fulfillment Project Coordinator to keep complex appliance deliveries & installations running smoothly. You’ll be communicating with our clients, their trade people, and our employees so that every project gets completed—whether it’s a simple single-appliance drop-off or a full kitchen renovation.

What You’ll Do

Manage the delivery timeline

  • Communicate with our customers to understand when they will need their products.
  • Manage shipment updates of incoming products by working with our ordering department.
  • Proactively notify customers of shipping delays and offer alternative solutions.

Coordinate like a pro

  • Book delivery and installation dates based on specific customer requests.
  • Provide product documentation to clients, contractors, and installers.
  • Execute follow-up tasks from internal teams to keep projects on track and complete.

Keep records & cash in order

  • Maintain impeccable project files.
  • Secure payments from customers promptly and in line with company policy.

Be the friendly voice of Appliance World

  • Handle incoming & outgoing calls with warmth and professionalism.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with our delivery & installation teams as well as our customers.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1+ years in customer service (required) plus 1–2 years in fulfillment/project coordination (preferred).
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proficient in working with Excel/Google Sheets, as well as excellent with written and verbal communication.
  • Laser-sharp organization, follow-through, and multitasking abilities.
  • Clear, confident communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A team-first attitude and the ability to ask and offer help.

  • Starting pay: $26 per hour ($54,080.00 annually)
