At Crete PA, our culture and relationships are the cornerstone of our success, and we’re always looking for talented, ambitious people to join our team. Do you have what it takes to keep up?
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Integrations – Northeast to lead the successful integration of 2–4 firm acquisitions per year into each of our Northeast-based “tent pole” accounting and professional services firms. The ideal candidate has deep operational knowledge of accounting firms, outstanding relationship-building skills, and thrives in fast-paced, high-change environments. Success in this role depends on earning the trust of managing partners and partner groups, while ensuring the smooth adoption of shared systems, processes, and cultural norms.

-
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the integration quarterback—coordinating efforts across functional departments and ensuring accountability for deliverables from both corporate and firm-based teams.
-
Cultural Integration: Support softer elements of integration, including partner onboarding, firm communications, cultural assimilation, and change management.
-
Playbook Execution & Continuous Improvement: Apply and continuously refine our integration playbook. Identify risks, escalate issues early, and develop creative solutions to integration challenges.
-
Progress Reporting: Regularly report integration status, risks, and opportunities to the Regional VP, CEO, and firm Managing Partners, and ensure key milestones are tracked and met.
-
Regional Alignment: Collaborate with our “tent pole” firms to ensure consistency and best practice sharing across integrations.
