Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a detail-oriented and welcoming environment.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, including reserving conference rooms and preparing necessary materials.
• Manage calendars and appointments efficiently to support seamless operations.
• Oversee and maintain the organization of conference rooms, ensuring they are ready for use.
• Provide administrative support for benefits-related tasks, such as claim administration and COBRA processes.
• Utilize tools like ADP Workforce Now and CRM systems to manage data and assist with employee benefits.
• Assist in auditing and verifying benefit functions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Handle inquiries related to 401(k) and other retirement savings plans with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and administrative processes.• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in reception, administrative, or benefits-related roles.
• Familiarity with tools such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Dayforce.
• Knowledge of benefits administration, including 401(k), COBRA, and claims processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented demeanor to represent the organization positively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing schedules, data, and administrative tasks.
• Experience with CRM tools and financial services-related software is a plus.
