Zennith People Inc. is hiring a Fitness Studio Manager for our client, a Fitness Studio, to lead daily operations and the member experience at the Flushing location(s). You’ll manage the front-of-house team, drive memberships and retail revenue, and maintain a spotless, safe, and welcoming studio in line with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and coach front-desk/Studio Coordinator teams; manage attendance, coverage, and performance feedback.

Operations: Coordinate vendors and troubleshoot equipment; ensure cleanliness/safety; manage inventory and POS accuracy; oversee cash handling and daily reconciliation.

Billing & Systems: Administer pricing, memberships, payment plans, failed-payment recovery, freezes, promotions, and reporting in Mindbody.

Sales: Achieve membership, retail, and repeat-purchase targets; execute upsells, referral programs, and in-studio campaigns; track funnel metrics.

Client Experience: Resolve inquiries/complaints promptly; train staff on service standards and service recovery.

Marketing Support: Execute in-studio promotions, signage, events, and community partnerships in coordination with Marketing.
Requirements (Hard Must-Haves)

2+ years full-time management experience as a Manager/Assistant Manager in a fitness center or boutique fitness studio (people-leadership role; not trainer-only/front-desk-only).

Managed team size of 5+ with independent scheduling and coaching responsibility.

Proven, quantified sales results: provide at least two metrics (e.g., monthly net member growth %, revenue target attainment, PT/retail lift).

1+ year of Mindbody administrator-level experience (pricing, products, failed payments/dunning, freezes, promo codes, reporting).

Schedule: Able to work mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays; on-site in Flushing and flexible across locations.

Strong customer service, organization, and multitasking; authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred

Mandarin Chinese speaking is a plus (not required).

CPR/AED certification; multi-location oversight; new-studio launch experience; basic facilities/vendor management.
