Salary: $75,000 - 150,000

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, print, and event channels
- Manage social media accounts and oversee content strategy and performance
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns
- Plan and coordinate firm-sponsored events and sponsorships
- Monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social ads, etc.)
- Track performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies to meet KPIs
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional marketing experience
- Proven success with proactive marketing strategies and brand development
- Strong background in digital marketing, including email and social media
- Experience managing paid advertising and event marketing
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
