Who You Are
You are a versatile, strategic, and execution-focused marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts creative strategist, content producer, growth marketer, and storyteller. You’ll play a critical role in creating and executing brand, campaign, and partnership strategies for a hybrid B2B2C and B2C health tech company, while building influence and engagement across social and digital platforms.
You’ll collaborate with The Marketing Director and Creative Director to develop out-of-the-box campaigns, social campaigns, and partnership decks, and you’ll also have the hands-on skills to bring them to life—whether that means creating video content, designing a LinkedIn thought leadership playbook, or working up a landing page and tracking A/B test results.
Role’s Responsibilities
Campaign Development, Execution & Reporting
- Ideation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Develop, test, and iterate on messaging for B2B and B2C audiences.
- Own campaign performance and lead A/B testing, optimization, and reporting.
Social Media Content Development
- Develop and execute platform-specific strategies for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
- Lead or support creation of video-first content.
- Align visuals and branding with Creative Director.
- Grow share of voice through C2C community engagement and ambassador storytelling.
Digital & Growth Marketing
- Execute SEO-optimized content and campaigns.
- Use data to inform campaign pivots and optimizations.
- Build simple landing pages for vertical focused engagement.
Partnership Marketing & Sales Enablement
- Identify new verticals and partnership opportunities.
- Create compelling pitch narratives, deck creation, and content packages.
- Collaborate with Product team to execute strategic partnerships.
Perform other related role’s responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proficient in SEO, social analytics, A/B testing, and campaign metrics.
- Fluent in platform-specific best practices for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
- Creative thinking and execution skills across digital marketing, content, and video.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
Education & Experience
- 4 – 7 years of marketing experience in a growth-stage, purpose-driven B2B2C or B2C company.
- Experience producing social-first video content and basic video editing is required.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—scrappy, agile, results-driven.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Monday CRM, Meta Ads Manager.
- Bonus: Experience in health tech, innovation, or purpose-driven companies.

The base salary range for this role is up to $140,000.00 plus bonus, commensurate with the candidate's experience.
