We’re looking for an ambitious and strategic VP, Enterprise Sales to drive new partnerships across Madhive’s best-in-class DSP platform and Frequence’s industry-leading media workflow solutions. This is a critical, high-impact role reporting to our SVP of Revenue, designed for a proven seller who knows the AdTech ecosystem and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
You’ll be a trusted advisor to media companies, agencies, and brands, with the ability to navigate complex organizations, sell consultatively, and close deals that fuel our next stage of success.
What You’ll Do

Drive new business (local and national media companies, agencies and technology partners) by positioning Madhive’s DSP and Frequence’s workflow offerings as must-have solutions for clients.

Build, manage, and grow a robust pipeline of prospects across traditional and digital media organizations.

Own and lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery, to pitching, negotiating, closing, and onboarding.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Enterprise Partnerships, Client Success, Product, Engineering, GTM, Inventory/Data Partnerships, and Finance) throughout the sales cycle to ensure a successful launch that is positioned for long-term growth and profitability.

Deliver regular sales forecasts and performance updates to leadership.

Participate in key industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.

Work closely with the product teams to relay client feedback and influence platform enhancements.

Respond thoughtfully and professionally to RFPs and client requests.

Consistently track activity and pipeline progress in Salesforce and sales tools.
Who You Are
-
9+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, with significant experience selling DSP, workflow, or SaaS-based AdTech solutions.

Deep understanding of programmatic OTT/CTV and the broader online advertising ecosystem (SEM, Social, Display, Pre-Roll, Geofencing, etc).

Experience working with traditional media companies (broadcast, cable, radio, outdoor, and print) is a major plus.

Proven track record of navigating complex sales processes with multiple decision makers (VP, C-Level).

Consultative seller with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills — able to creatively tailor solutions to client needs.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with a mix of hunting for new business and growing existing relationships.

Impeccable integrity and a true team player mindset.

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Ability to travel at least 25% to meet with clients and attend industry events.
The approximate compensation range for this position is $200,000-$300,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
