We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Service Manager to lead the operations of a growing fire protection company. This role is ideal for someone with strong service management experience who can oversee technicians, streamline processes, and ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of fire protection services (alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers)
• Manage service scheduling, technician performance, and job completion tracking
• Ensure inventory is stocked and service reports are completed accurately
• Handle customer issues and service-related follow-ups
• Implement new systems and processes to improve department efficiency
• Supervise and support technicians in the field and office
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and local codes
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of management or supervisory experience (service industry preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience implementing operational processes and improving workflows
• Familiarity with fire protection or building service industry a plus
• Must be organized, proactive, and client-focused
Salary $80K-$120K
