What You’ll Do

  • Welcome patients and assist with intake and consent forms

  • Answer phone calls and address patient questions

  • Verify dental insurance benefits and guide patients in maximizing coverage

  • Coordinate with insurance providers and healthcare partners

  • Manage billing, claims, and maintain accurate patient records

  • Refine office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency

  • Handle office bookkeeping and financial tasks with accuracy

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous dental office experience (required)

  • Proficiency in Dentrix practice management software (required)

  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Reliable transportation to our Little Neck office (must have car)
