Job DescriptionHR Works is seeking a dedicated Interim HR Consultant to support our client onsite in Alfred, NY. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make meaningful contributions while maintaining a strong work/life balance.

Position Details:

  • Location: Onsite at client site in Alfred, NY
  • Schedule: Estimated 20–30 hours/week, ideally 3 days/week, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Duration: Through End of Year (EOY)
  • Pay range: $33-$36/hour

What You’ll Do: As an HR Consultant with HR Works, your expertise is valued and trusted. You’ll provide hands-on support in areas such as:

  • Leave management and compliance
  • Recruiting and talent acquisition
  • Organizational effectiveness (OE) initiatives
  • General HR Generalist responsibilities as needed

  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or consulting capacity
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
