Job Title: Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated M&A Manager to join our Corporate Development team. This role is responsible for supporting the strategy, execution, and integration of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and minority investments. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and experience in transaction execution. This is a dynamic opportunity to work across business units and functional teams to drive the organizations growth through inorganic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders and strategy teams to develop and assess M&A strategies and pipelines.
- Conduct strategic and financial analyses to evaluate potential transactions, including business case development and valuation modeling.
- Lead cross-functional teams through deal execution, including due diligence, negotiations, and integration planning.
- Research and analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities.
- Build executive-level presentations and recommendations to support key decision-making.
- Help influence internal stakeholders and align cross-functional partners on M&A strategy and execution.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or a similar financial services role.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills with experience conducting scenario and sensitivity analyses.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity.
- Collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally and across geographies.
- Industry experience in food, beverage, or consumer products is a plus.
- MBA from a top business school preferred, but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $106,400 - $178,100 (depending on location, experience, and skills)
- Annual performance bonus (target 12% of base salary)
