· Review and edit Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) before submission to the PEM- quality management and external partners.

· Update and maintain the site’s emergency preparedness plan to ensure readiness and compliance.

· Partner with program management to identify and address recurring safety, staffing, or youth behavior concerns.

· Support Justice for Youth and Family (JYF) training compliance, ensuring all required staff trainings are completed and documented.

· Support implementation of the Missouri Youth Services Institute (MYSI) model through coaching, monitoring, and reinforcement of therapeutic practices.

· Conduct program documentation audits (e.g., case notes, incident logs, staff reports) to ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.

· Collaborate with Human Resources to address recruitment needs, attend job fairs, and provide input on disciplinary matters.

· Follow up with maintenance regarding recurring issues and monitor progress on facility repairs.

· Review and sign off on all youth outing protocols, ensuring plans are safe, appropriate, and policy compliant.

· Conduct regular unannounced visits to the facility during all shifts to assess conditions, staff performance, and youth engagement.

· Review overall program safety and security procedures and provide recommendations or adjustments as needed.

Your Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in social work, Criminal Justice, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

· Minimum of 3 years of experience working in youth residential settings, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
