Pay: $45.28 - $56.00 per hour depending upon experience + Shift Differential Where Applicable

Job Description:

The Social Worker provides individual counseling sessions to patients on the Behavioral Health units as dictated by the treatment plan. Develops, implements, and conducts therapeutic groups relating to substance abuse, trauma, affective disorders, social skills enhancement, and medical illness on the inpatient BH units. Provides psychoeducation sessions for patients and their families/care partners.

Requirements/Skills:

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited school of Social Work
• Licensed in NY State
• LCSW
• Minimum 1-2 year's experience working in a BH setting conducting individual, group, and family therapy preferred.
