Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
Experience: 5+ Years in Product Development within a Manufacturing Environment
Position Overview:
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Product Development Manager to lead the design, development, and launch of new products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a passion for bringing ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional teams through the full product development lifecycle—from concept to commercialization.

Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to define product requirements and specifications.

Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful product launches.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.

Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation processes.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Continuously improve product development processes and methodologies.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development within a manufacturing environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Management, or a related field.

Proven track record of launching successful products.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Proficiency in CAD software, product lifecycle management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree or PMP certification.

Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.

Familiarity with consumer goods or industrial product development
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
