Position Summary
The Director of Operations will be a key leader within our organization, responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational functions across our educational consulting and clinic services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business processes, a commitment to efficiency, and a passion for supporting educational excellence. The Director of Operations will ensure seamless day-to-day operations, contribute to long-term strategic planning, and play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership & Management

Develop, implement, and refine operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.

Oversee the daily operations of all consulting and clinic departments, ensuring smooth workflow and effective resource allocation.

Manage and optimize operational budgets, identifying areas for cost savings and improved financial performance.

Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency and service delivery.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, accreditations, and company policies.
Strategic Planning & Growth

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with company goals.

Identify opportunities for operational improvements, technological integration, and service expansion.

Lead initiatives to improve client experience and operational effectiveness.

Contribute to the development of new programs and services from an operational perspective.
Team Management & Development

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.

Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.

Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to team members.

Oversee staffing needs, including recruitment, onboarding, and training of operations personnel.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with clinical directors, educational consultants, and administrative staff to ensure integrated service delivery.

Serve as a primary liaison between operational teams and other departments.

Facilitate effective communication and problem-solving across all levels of the organization.
Technology & Systems Management

Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of operational software and systems (e.g., CRM, scheduling, billing).

Ensure data accuracy and integrity within operational systems.

Identify opportunities to leverage technology to automate processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

Demonstrated experience in an educational or healthcare/clinic setting is highly desirable.

Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and achieving strategic objectives.
