Boutique commercial litigation law firm seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented receptionist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner;
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system;
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries;
- Schedule appointments;
- Perform general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and data entry;
- Enter attorney time entries into billing software accurately and in a timely manner;
- Coordinate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a receptionist, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); and
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
