Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate and timely data entry to maintain records and databases.

• Assist with drafting and reviewing documents while maintaining confidentiality.
• Coordinate office activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to relay information and resolve inquiries.
• Manage inventory and order office supplies as needed.
• Prepare reports and presentations using provided data and tools.
• Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming office environment for visitors and staff.• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within an office setting.
• Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with administrative policies and procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using office software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Organizational skills to maintain files and manage supplies efficiently.
