Our customer is growing rapidly and is expanding to add two additional Outside Sales Representatives for the Capital and Western Region. This role is a consultative solution-based sales role that requires exceptional listening and customer service skills. To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about continued learning and research as the product is custom, complex and technical.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Engage in strategic planning to expand market reach
- Manage territory effectively, tracking sales progress and reporting on performance metrics
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to meet with customers outside of standard work hours.
- CDL or ability to obtain CDL in 6 months.
Estimated base pay for this position range of $70,000 to $80,000 USD per year plus a lucrative commission plan. Pay is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities and internal equity.
