  • Develop deep and trusting relationships with all key functional stakeholders of our ERP systems as a mechanism for facilitating transparent dialogue that results in optimal solutions.
  • Promote consistent process adoption and ERP software usage across the entire user base at all facilities by developing and promoting standards, driving a governance process and performing periodic reviews.
  • Continually deepen knowledge of ERP software capabilities and understand how they deliver value to our major business functions (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, Record-to-Report).
  • Provide and coordinate operational support of business functions leveraging ERP software, ensuring industry leading service levels to our Customers.
  • Manage small to medium projects end-to-end, including planning, development, deployment, testing, and closure.

REQUIRED SKILLS / ATTITUDES:

  • BS in computer science, information systems, engineering, business management or the equivalent professional experience
  • 7-10 years of experience in business systems analysis, ERP configuration, or IT project leadership
  • 5+ years of hands-on configuration experience and deep proficiency in IQMS required

  • Propensity for problems solving and continuous improvement
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • This can be a remote position. However, given the value of relationships to the success of this role and given that manufacturing facilities are very physical in nature, periodic travel to MRP’s sites will be required.
