The AI Developer will design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI applications for internal stakeholders. You will work within a generative AI platform to create custom chat and data agents that help streamline legal tasks and business processes. The right candidate is technical, inquisitive, and passionate about AI and automation. Success in this role requires strong programming abilities (Python, SQL, HTML/CSS/JS), good communication skills, and a deep interest in operationalizing generative AI and machine learning across the firm.
Responsibilities
* Create and maintain generative AI solutions on an enterprise AI/ML platform.
* Build and maintain robust data pipelines to facilitate sourcing for AI models.
* Develop and implement AI chat and data agents that streamline business
processes and information dissemination.
* Create and manage data and process automations using a combination of AI,
scripting, low-code, and orchestration tools.
* Create integrations between AI tools and internal web portals and applications.
* Monitor performance of agents and applications, and make improvements based on usage data, business feedback, and changing requirements.
* Assist with data classification, cleansing, and analysis.
* Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven process
optimization and automation.
Qualifications
* Must have strong Python skills, including familiarity with common Python libraries
* Experience developing AI, ML solutions
* Experience with relational databases and writing complex SQL queries
* Web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
* Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform applications
* Experience working with APIs
* Experience with Azure a plus
* Problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation and delivering measurable business value
* Openness to learning new tools and adapting to an evolving tech landscape
* Ability to collaborate and communicate with technical teams and business
stakeholders
* Experience in the legal industry a plus
