HR Works is excited to announce that we are currently recruiting for Full-time Assistant Benefits & Leave Coordinator based out of our Fairport, NY location. This is a hybrid opportunity, requiring hours onsite in our Fairport office, and ideal for someone aspiring to grow in the field. Must have availability until 7pm ET one night per week.

The Assistant Benefits & Leave Coordinator will provide essential support for client employee questions regarding leave and benefits, such as disability, FMLA, paid family leave, COBRA, benefits eligibility, claim status, etc. Duties involve answering general employee questions through phone or email, managing incoming employee paperwork, and providing administrative support to team members as needed.

The compensation range for this position is $21 - $24/hour.  

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 1-2 years HR related experience or 4-yr college degree in HR-related field
  • Experience working independently is strongly preferred
  • Benefits and/or Leave administration and HRIS experience is a plus!
