We are actively seeking a Service Support Specialist to support our growing team in Skaneateles, NY!

Location: Onsite in office – Skaneateles, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Contract Length: 12 months
Pay Rate: $27–$33/hr (depending on experience)

Role Overview

As the Services Order Fulfillment Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries related to the repair, calibration, and servicing of Waygate Technologies products. From initial inquiry through billing, you'll coordinate service activities, ensure smooth processes, and deliver exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day customer requests: quotations, RMA creation, order processing, billing.

  • Support troubleshooting and product evaluations during the repair and calibration lifecycle.

  • Deliver technical support via phone/email while nurturing strong customer relationships.

  • Ensure timely follow-up for orders requiring additional info or purchase orders.

  • Coordinate with manufacturing/service teams to meet internal/external expectations.

  • Track and update delivery schedules across multiple production sites via SAP.

  • Communicate and collaborate with supply chain, engineering, sales, and partners.

  • Use Salesforce.com to manage cases and customer account activity.

  • Comply with Baker Hughes policies on compliance, trade, and safety.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with a strong customer focus.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree OR High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years in industrial services.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.

  • 5+ years in Customer Care or Service Support in an industrial setting.

  • Experience with SAP (quotations, orders, invoicing) and Salesforce.com.

  • Familiarity with commercial terms, T&Cs, Incoterms, and billing processes.

  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese a strong plus.

  • Skilled in proactive customer interaction and problem resolution.

  • Strong analytical and Excel reporting skills.
