Logistics Coordinator
Reliant Safety, a subsidiary of Paths Management Services, LLC, was founded in 2009 to provide comprehensive property security and management solutions for the affordable housing market nationwide. Classification: Non-exempt (overtime eligible)
Essential Function/Responsibilities: duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Support our sale team administrative needs.
• Coordinate onboarding for customers & new hires.
• Accommodate and manage the activities of each client.
• Coordinate & oversee shipping and receiving functions related to client support needs. Coordinate customer onsite visits.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all services are delivered on time and within budget.
• Assure timely completion of assigned tasks, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, tracking progress reports, maintaining records and keeping track of work performed at various levels throughout the organization.
• Maintain client databases & communicate changes to various departments.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to established deadline requirements.
Requirements:
• 2+ years proven experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Bilingual a plus!
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access & Outlook)
• Extremely organized and focused
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Propensity for multi-tasking
