Main Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Answering the phones and assisting customers (This position is largely helping our clients on phones)

• Adding Customer profiles in our software

• Updating Spreadsheets

• Scanning/filing Paperwork appropriately

• Making outbound calls as needed

• Assisting with projects
