Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support two dynamic departments within our organization. This unique role requires the ability to balance responsibilities and priorities across two teams, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary administrative support for Member Relations and Information Technology/Project Planning, managing schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and prioritize tasks across both departments, maintaining open communication about deadlines and expectations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and databases relevant to both departments.
  • Manage expense reporting and budget tracking for departmental projects.
  • Update and maintain database records.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably supporting multiple teams or stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and project management platforms.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Associate’s degree

3-5 years of administrative experience

Excellent health insurance and other benefits, including flexible Monday and Friday work from home schedule. The position is full-time and available August 2025.
