RiseWell Community Services is seeking a compassionate Full-Time Compliance/Quality Management Specialist to join our team in Medford, NY. In this role, the Compliance/Quality Management Specialist will assist the Compliance/Quality Management Department with conducting compliance and quality management activities for the Agency in order to ensure quality of care and compliance with regulations as set forth by the Office of Mental Health, Lead Health Homes, the Department of Health as well as the Agency’s standards, policies, and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree in Human Services; will interview candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services if experience supersedes qualifications. Two (2) years of supervisory experience in the mental health field, preferred. Clean, valid NY State Driver’s License, fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.
