TopView Sightseeing - Recruiting Specialist
TopView Sightseeing is a New York City-based company offering a variety of sightseeing bus tours. We own and manage a portfolio of brands, including TopView Sightseeing, Event Cruises NYC, Liberty Cruise, Bike Rental Central Park, and Attraction Pass. In this role, reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you would be responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of all CDL Bus Operators for our fleet as well as hiring for other hourly roles within TopView Sightseeing and brands under its umbrella such as Tea Around Town and Bike Rental Central Park;
Primary Responsibilities:
Seeking a Recruiting Specialist! For our Bus Operations Department.
Recruiter Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create and implement recruitment strategies for immediate impact
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
- Highly organized and methodical
- At least two years of previous relevant recruiting experience
- Experience in recruiting CDL Drivers preferred
- Experience in recruiting CDL Motor Coach / School Bus Drivers highly preferred
- Understanding of 19A Certification
- Experience in recruiting hourly employees
Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Develops, facilitates and implements all phases of the recruitment process
- Designs strategic recruiting plan that effectively communicates and supports the department’s needs, company's mission and it’s strategic vision
- Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates
Recruiter Benefits:
- Competitive Starting Pay - $23.00 to $25.00 per hour with the potential to earn performance bonus (terms apply)
