Job DescriptionDescription:

The Account Manager is responsible for working closely with dentists and an internal technical team to ensure overall customer satisfaction. This position will be the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of accounts with the responsibility of retaining and growing sales. The Account Manager must be able to communicate and have the ability to work well with others, be able to work on a deadline and use constructive feedback. Visual perception, reading comprehension skills, as well as superior attention to detail are required. In addition, building and growing the Danaren brand of “We Make Beautiful Restorations Affordable” is always the primary consideration.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Communicate effectively with assigned accounts to maintain and build relationships
  • Increase existing customer sales while also growing new account sales
  • Work towards proficient technical knowledge to comfortably field technical questions from customers
  • Collect product and service feedback from customers and relay information to leadership to enhance product offerings
  • Utilize CRM software to document communication with assigned accounts
  • Work closely with a team of technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and to address and resolve any concerns, focus points, changes in preferences, and other information pertinent to the successful retention of accounts
    • Track cases as they travel through production and ensure completion to Danaren Dental Laboratories' Standards.
    • Ensure proper Quality Control procedures are followed on assigned accounts and personally QC 10-20 cases per day.
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time as business needs require.

Requirements:

  • Strong focus on relationships, ability to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables (cases)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously
  • Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
  • Must be willing/able to learn the field of Dental Technology
  • Previous account management experience. (Experience communicating with dental or medical professionals a plus)
  • Must have a positive attitude and maintain a professional decorum at all times.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet basic job requirements and carry out basic job functions


Hours:

  • Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm with an hour lunch break and additional hours as needed
