Job DescriptionOperations Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Operations Specialist with 4 years of experience working in an administrative or operations-related role. This is a contract opportunity, located in Brooklyn, New York.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Assist with data entry, document management, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Coordinate internal communications and follow up on action items with various departments.
- Monitor and update internal databases, spreadsheets, and tracking systems.
- Prepare and distribute operational reports, meeting agendas, and summaries.
- Support procurement and vendor management by processing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
- Assist with onboarding procedures and maintain employee records in coordination with HR.
- Help organize company events, training sessions, and internal audits.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with administrative policies and procedures.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in Administrative or Operations position

Salary: $23-28/hr
Pay Details: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour
