Job DescriptionHR Coordinator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a HR Coordinator with 3 or more years of experience in a similar role. This is a great temp to perm opportunity, located in Queens, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and tracking progress in the applicant tracking system.
- Post job openings across internal and external platforms, ensuring accurate and engaging descriptions that reflect company needs.
- Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate outreach to assess qualifications and interest.
- Maintain organized records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring decisions to support compliance and reporting.
- Support hiring managers with interview logistics, calendar coordination, and follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with external staffing agencies and job boards to expand candidate reach and improve sourcing strategies.
- Help prepare offer letters, onboarding materials, and coordinate pre-employment screenings.
- Contribute to recruitment metrics reporting and help identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Excel, ATS, HRIS
Experience:
- 3-4 years of experience in a HR or recruiting role

Salary: $24-28/hr
Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
