We’re seeking a compassionate, qualified Mental Health Provider to join our growing team in a full-time, in-person role based in Niskayuna, NY. In this school-based position, you’ll work directly with students to address emotional and behavioral challenges that impact learning and overall well-being.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will provide direct mental health services and support to students in a school setting. Responsibilities include:
- Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ emotional and behavioral needs
- Develop and implement mental health interventions and support plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to promote a positive school climate
- Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in student support team meetings and contribute to planning and intervention
- Provide consultation to staff and families regarding student mental health needs
