Lasante Health Center is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer, manage daily operations, and assist with various operational and project management tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.
Responsibilities :
* Provide executive-level administrative support to the COO
* Assist in the management of daily operations and contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
* Organize and track key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
* Coordinate and communicate with internal and external teams to ensure efficient flow of information.
* Analyze operational data and provide recommendations for process improvements and optimization.
* Additional tasks as directed by COO
Qualifications :
* Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
