Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled IT Service Coordinator to join our team in New York, New York. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for technical support, ensuring seamless operations across our IT systems and platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Provide desktop support for Windows-based environments, addressing technical issues and ensuring optimal system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 service desk tickets efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality IT services and support, including negotiating contracts and monitoring service delivery.
• Offer guidance and support for video conferencing systems, ensuring smooth functionality during meetings and events.
• Administer and maintain Active Directory, managing user accounts and permissions.
• Support Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 365 platforms, ensuring updates and configurations are properly implemented.
• Collaborate with team members to address complex technical challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting for networking issues, ensuring connectivity and stability.
• Document and track IT incidents, resolutions, and system changes to maintain accurate records.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance IT operations.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in desktop support within a Windows-based office environment.
• Proficiency in supporting Microsoft Windows and Office 365 applications.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration.
• Familiarity with video conferencing systems and basic networking concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve service desk tickets.
• Experience in managing IT vendors, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring.
• A degree is not mandatory, but relevant qualifications or educational background are preferred.
