- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including table settings and general upkeep.
- Proactively addressing guest requests and resolving any issues efficiently and professionally.
- Supporting other restaurant staff as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, food service, or related roles.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with guests and create a positive dining experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
