Position Summary:
The eCommerce Associate will be responsible for supporting our growing and managing a portfolio of our products on online marketplaces like eBay, Walmart, Amazon.com, and NewEgg. The primary responsibility will be creating new product listings, keeping up-to-date with the market, pricing and promotions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the product catalog including feeds and product listings.
- Accurately recognize product variations and create professional product listings
- Optimize listings for products per SEO best practices.
- Manage vendor promotions, rebates
- Monitor and maintain account health and metrics, proactively alert team for issues and resolve as appropriate.
- Consistently provide support, respond to customer feedback and maintain high customer satisfaction rates.
- Monitor and manage other appropriate marketplace environments (e.g. Amazon) as required.
- Additional Responsibilities and duties as assigned and required.

- Prior eBay or Amazon Seller Central experience preferred
