Direct HireJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and hands-on technical manager. The Technical Manager – Identity and Access Management (IAM) will lead the IAM team, overseeing Active Directory, Microsoft Identity Manager, Oracle HCM integrations, and API-based services while ensuring security best practices, identity lifecycle management, and zero trust principles across the organization. Responsibilities include managing IAM operations, enforcing security compliance, implementing API integrations, overseeing automation projects, and ensuring seamless system integrations. The role involves troubleshooting IAM-related issues, optimizing user access processes, deploying multi-factor authentication (MFA), and leveraging Sentinel log analytics for monitoring and security improvements. Collaboration with enterprise teams and stakeholders is key to driving continuous enhancements in IAM capabilities. This position requires at least 10 years of IAM team management experience and deep expertise in identity security, automation, and enterprise system integration.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 or more years of experience managing teams in the IAM domain.
  • Strong expertise in Active Directory and Microsoft Identity Manager.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Okta, SAML applications, zero trust security, multi-factor authentication, and account lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with the Entra suite.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation
  • Experience with Sentinel log analytics
  • Familiarity with Active Directory auditing tools is a plus.
